A Correspondance with NWA/Delta or What can be more Futile?

were dissatisfied with my first response.

I understand you feel I did not
adequately address your concerns regarding the ability to assign seats at
the time of purchase.  I was happy to review your comments again to see if
there was something I missed.  Respectfully, there is nothing more I can
add.  I am sorry to disappoint you, as I understand this is not the answer
you were expecting.

Again, I apologize.  Your support is important to
us, and I thank you for your additional time and effort.  We hope to have a

Thank you for your response. It's comforting to know that I'd "have a seat"

on the flight, but unfortunately I can only be satisfied if I get a seat I

want when I want it. I'm probably one of your better travelers (use your CRM

system if you have one). This would have been my fourth trip to Europe this

year and it's only May. I will travel again to Europe in July. The only way

I'd fly NWA/Delta again is to use up the frequent flier miles that I have,

otherwise I'll fly any airline that gives me an aisle or a window seat at

the time of ticket purchase. If you can't do that don't expect my business

anytime soon.
